Vir Singh bought his first property in 2013. He hasn’t stopped since.

But his relationship with real estate began long before Utah. He grew up on his family’s agricultural farm, where he learned how land is stewarded, how patience compounds, and how property builds wealth and legacy across generations. That understanding shaped everything that followed.

Since that first purchase, Vir has built and managed a portfolio of more than thirty properties across Utah — single-family homes, multi-family buildings, and everything in between. Fourteen years of acquiring, structuring, and holding real estate gives him something most agents simply don’t have: he evaluates every property the way an owner does, not the way a salesperson does.

Today, he brings that same discipline to his clients at Kingswell Estates. He works alongside his wife, Kulvir Kaur, his partner in life and in business. Together they take a long view of every relationship: patient, considered, and built to last.

Outside of work, Vir and Kulvir are happiest outdoors — hiking Utah’s trails, or further afield, exploring new countries, cities, and the food each one offers. They love to cook as much as they love to travel. Above all, family comes first, and they give their time to several local causes, a quiet investment in the Utah community they call home.
